As General Manager and 4th generation Principal, Ms. Nolan oversees the daily operation of BHC’s 52-vessel fleet. Among Ms. Nolan’s responsibilities are the development of new products, public bidding and procurement, contract management, establishing and maintaining standards for customer service and product delivery. She manages all major accounts for BHC serving as its contract liaison to the MBTA, Cities of Boston, Salem, Lynn and Provincetown, the New England Aquarium and Boston Harbor Island Alliance.
Ms. Nolan also developed and manages the marketing, public relations and digital profiles for Boston Harbor Cruises. She serves as the public face of Boston Harbor Cruises, serving as its spokesperson and participating in many municipal and non-profit planning meetings, boards and committees.
Ms. Nolan is a member of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board Chair for Boston Harbor Now, member of the Board of Directors of the Passenger Vessel Association, member of the Board of Directors for the Passenger Vessel Foundation, member of the Board of Directors for Sail Boston and its Executive Committee, member of the Board of Directors for the USS Constitution Museum, Non-Elected Voting Trustee of the Boston Museum of Science and Chair of its Young Leadership Committee, member of SKAL International.
